This web site is intended to provide and share information about matters of concern to any Bloomsbury resident and as a means to promote their individual and collective interests in matters that affect the residents of Bloomsbury. For our purpose a resident is any person who resides or works in the Bloomsbury environs and closeby areas. It may be used in an acceptable manner to promote these interests and share information, views and opinions about such matters. Any content posted to the website that at the sole discretion of The Bloomsbury Residents Action Group is deemed inappropriate may be removed by The Bloomsbury Residents Action Group without notice

Terms of Use

The Website is offered as a free service to you.  You may access most areas of the Website without being a member of BRAG however certain areas of the Website are only open to Members.

In the event that you breach these terms, your permission to use the Website terminates immediately and you must immediately destroy any downloaded or printed extracts from the Website.

These terms should be read together with our Privacy Policy which explains how we use and store your personal data, and our Acceptable Use Policy which will apply if you submit a comment on our notice board – ‘Have your say’

Intellectual property rights

The Website is owned by the Bloomsbury Residents Action Group   and any and all intellectual property rights in the Website including, but not limited to, copyright and database rights and any logos or trademarks (whether registered or unregistered) are owned by and remain the property of the Bloomsbury Residents Action Group (or its third party licensors as applicable) at all times.

You are permitted to print off one copy and may download extracts of the content on the Website for your own personal use, and may draw the attention of others within your organisation to material posted on the Website, provided that:

  1. our status (and that of any identified contributors) as authors of material on the Website is always acknowledged;
